Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Techniques have a proven record in helping people work with the pressures they encounter in their professional and personal lives.
We can provide introductory "taster" courses for your employees of a half-day duration. These can be combined with the CIEH certificate course in Stress Awareness to provide a complete overview of stress and its management.
All of our courses are presented by Keith Ryan who, in addition to being a qualified health and safety consultant, has been an instructor in mindfulness meditation techniques for nearly thirty years.
